There is nothing better than foraging on your own land, managing stands of wild plants in a responsible manner, and seeing the wildlife that thrives because of it. I know I will blog about all of the plants we forage for here, but I want a record of where we started. This was our first spring and summer here, and for months there was a new discovery every day! As we move from mid-summer to late summer and fall, we will keep adding to this list.
